Is EvisaCity a government website?
No. EvisaCity is an independent assistance service. Visa approval is decided only by the relevant government authority.
Which destinations can I travel to?
The Travelling to list shows the published destination countries. Visa assistance is currently prepared only for Türkiye. Other countries continue with travel services such as insurance, eSIM and reservations.
Do you guarantee a visa or entry?
No. We do not guarantee visa approval, border entry or insurance coverage.
Are flight reservations purchased tickets?
No, unless the product page clearly states that a ticket has been purchased. Reservation documents are for application files.
