How the desk works, what we need, and how to follow a file.
- What does EVISACITY do?
- We collect a complete travel-document file, a person reviews it, and the desk lodges it with the official authority. We are a private company.
- Are you a government website?
- No. You can always apply on the official government site yourself. We do not impersonate a ministry or embassy.
- Are the fees final?
- Government amounts on this site are planning estimates and can change. The desk fee is ours. Card checkout is not in this slice.
- What do Standard, Rush and Fastest mean?
- They are desk processing targets: 24 hours, 4 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes. Government issuance can take longer.
- Can a family apply together?
- Yes. Add up to eight travelers. Each person has their own form. Protection and insurance are priced per traveler.
- What is travel health insurance?
- An optional add-on at USD 7.99 per traveler per day. Day count follows your trip dates and can be adjusted.
- What is denial protection?
- If the government rejects the file, the desk service fee and this add-on are refunded. Official government fees only if that authority returns them.
- How do I follow a file?
- Use the EC- reference and the email on the application. Signed-in members also see files under My trips.
- Why do some countries ask for more files?
- Each destination has its own pack. Türkiye eVisa is form-only. Embassy files usually need scans, photo, hotel and funds.
